I fought for freedom in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003
I've had many struggles in life, yet experienced both success and failures in life. Nothing is more rewarding than getting a helping hand and much needed support whether it be from family, your military friends and leaders, or even support groups who really go above and beyond to help those in need. I fought for freedom in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003, and was instrumental in the peacekeeping mission in Kosovo in 2000.
My girlfriend and I were struggling to make ends meet. We both do the best we can to make a living, on some days, there are more days than the amount of income we make. The stresses of the economy causes our dollars to stretch more than we can bear. Just recently, when the rent and utilities were due and we couldn't afford to pay them, I inquired about emergency relief through Operation Second Chance. Most of the places turned us down for a variety of reasons, yet Operation Second Chance really came through for us. They assisted us in our rent and utilities when most support groups turned us away. Operation Second Chance gave us a chance to recover from financial disaster and saved us from eviction. For those who are in a bad luck debt situation like us, I would highly recommend Operation Second Chance for they are truly supportive of the troops both in state and abroad.
Thank You Cindy again for your support.
