We have six possible donation options listed below. Please review each to find the most suitable option for your intentions.

Online

You may make a tax-deductible donation using your credit card, fax/mail form with payment or online check by clicking the button below. Upon receipt of your donation, you will receive a letter in the mail from Operation Second Chance (OSC). The form will ask for shipping information to obtain your address for your letter of receipt.

Combined Federal Campaign (CFC)

OSC is proud to announce that the organization is officially a charity within the CFC. The CFC number for making payroll donations is 93327.

The CFC is the annual fundraising drive conducted by Federal employees in their workplace each fall. Federal workers have participated in a national workplace giving effort for about 40 years. President Kennedy initiated a formal national giving program for Federal workers in 1961. Since then, the CFC has evolved into the nation’s leading workplace giving program. No other annual employee-giving program raises as much money for charity.

Mail in Check

You may mail in a check for a tax-deductible donation - make payable to Operation Second Chance, Inc. and send to the address below. Upon receipt of your donation, you will receive a letter in the mail from Operation Second Chance, Inc.

GI-Bracelet

You may purchase a "FOR THOSE WHO SERVE" bracelet and have your donation go directly to Operation Second Chance. The entire purchase price of each GI Bracelet is donated to support our wounded heroes and their families!

Material Donations

If you would like to make a time sensitive donation for heroes and their families to use, such as clothing, tickets to sporting events, etc., please email Alaina Sacramo and we will be in contact with you to make the appropriate arrangements.
